What currency are the prices in on the website?

When will my order ship?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days of production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 15-21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at officialsukuroi@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You must pay for return shipping. Once we have received the product, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase amount. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.
Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Important: We do not accept returns of items without tags or that have been used.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn’t shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the details. No changes will be made after 24 hours and no refund will be given for incorrect submissions.
